-Developed lesson plans on a monthly basis around a central theme/ bible verse.
-Instructed an average class size of six children, in both lower and upper elementary groupings.
-Managed one instructional aid.
-Volunteered to coordinate vacation bible school programs at the church, as well as in special service projects; coordinating with the Salvation Army in Anchorage, Alaska, the Lakota Tribes in Rapid City, South Dakota, and Under the Bridge Ministries in Nashville, Tennessee.

July 2012- July 2015

-Stayed overnight with campers for a week at a time.
-Facilitated camp activities and games while ensuring camper safety.
-Led small group discussions, aided in conflict resolution between children, and shaped the cabin environment to be friendly and inclusive.
-One year of this experience as a councilor to an inclusive cabin with most girls typically developing and one girl with an autism spectrum disorder.

HOPE (college age youth) president, National Association of Congregationalist christian churches

-Elected to the position of HOPE president by my peers to represent their interests while planning and executing a mission trip to St. Louis and Ferguson, Missouri.
-Produced a service trip for about 90 high school and college age youth, by arranging the room and board, speaker, worship band, service opportunities, and sight-seeing opportunities.
-Led whole group sessions and planning meetings with councilors and small group leaders to facilitate the conference.

June 2014

-Supervised a worksite of fifteen others in the construction of a wheelchair ramp for a 93 year- old home bound woman.
-Instructed in the proper use of tools such as power drills and circular saws and oversaw worksite safety.
-Maintained communication with the general contractor in the creation and implementation of blueprints.
-Arranged donations for materials from local nurseries and hardware stores.
